Shelf

A library for prompts you reuse

Write prompts, version them, test them against a live model, and keep the ones that work. A public shelf anyone can browse, search, and fork, and a private one with collections, version history, and fill-in variables.

  • Who can read a prompt is decided in one place at the data layer, with a test behind every rule
  • Version history with diff and restore; one fork per user is guaranteed by a database index, not application code
  • Model responses stream to the browser, behind per-user and site-wide daily limits
  • End-to-end and accessibility test suites; self-hosted on AWS EC2 with Docker and automatic HTTPS
